    Description

    Proctor Custom Speed Toaster Vintage Model 1484 Series 5509. Used (see photos).
    This vintage Proctor “Custom Speed” 2 slice toaster is in working condition (cleaned & tested). Internally, some minor food debris remains. Cosmetically, it is in great condition with little wear on the exterior skin (see photos).
    We believe this toaster was manufactured prior to the merger of Proctor (Proctor & Schwartz, Inc.) and Silex in 1960.
    This vintage toaster will make a great display piece in a kitchen. As with any electrical appliance, if this is to be used for daily use, we always recommend you have it inspected by a qualified electrician for fire safety reasons.
