Powered on and got a flashing clock, however, I wasn't able to change/set the clock.  No other lights came on. The VCR did nothing when a tape was put in.
I noted dust/dirt, rust & corrosion on unit (bottom/top, where VHS tape goes at, in fisher logo), also some stains, scratches, scuffs, and rust/corrosion elsewhere (connections, buttons, etc.).  There are scuffs, scratches, discoloration, rust, dust, & signs of age.
Sold as not working - parts / repair / project
