Sony U-Matic VO-5600 Video Cassette Recorder VCR - TAPE STUCK? - WON'T EJECT

Tape won't play or eject.
Seems to be stuck???
Selling AS-IS...
When switched on the motor starts then there is one mechanical engagement being or trying to be made then motor stops and second engagement is made then nothing.
The FFWD light stays on the entire time when powered on.
Eject button lights up while being pressed but does nothing.
This is from a clean climate controlled smoke free environment.
I package well especially for heavy fragile items like this.
