This is a great doll for the vintage Ideal collector!!
Ideal Bent Knee 23" Original Vintage Posie Doll With Crier. Must See! 1954-1956. Condition is previously owned, fantastic shape for its age. This was an estate find, i am not sure if the outfit is original (possibly vintage hand sewn) but it is complete and pristine! Includes the following pieces:
Red Floral Dress and Hat with Blue Ribbon Sash, and White Eyelet Pinafore
Pantaloons/Bloomers, Under Slip, Socks, and Shoes (shoes are 100% original and stamped Ideal)
Clothing is in great condition and has been washed, doll appears to have original wig in good condition.  Made of hard plastic with a vinyl head, very similar to the Saucy Walker Dolls but Posie has bendable knees. Rooted auburn hair.
Crier does make sound when doll is laid flat.
